This deliverable aims to present an Action plan for scientific excellence and innovation capacity building of the PUPIN Institute in the domain of Big Data Analytics for the following five years (2021-2025). It builds upon the LAMBDA Deliverable 5.9 Sustainability Measures and Activities, Innovation and IPR Management (Report) and the Research and Development Program of the Mihajlo Pupin Institute (2020-2025).
One of the objectives of LAMBDA was to build capacity for strategic research planning and management. In the LAMBDA framework different activities were undertaken for identifying technological challenges and potential opportunities, please check for instance

The strategic goal of the document is to propose further directions for advancing the science, technology and innovation activities of the Institute Mihajlo Pupin through quality research, capacity development, application and commercialisation of outputs.
