The goal of Task 4.2 is to manage the short term staff exchanges and on-site expert visits of PUPIN and UOXF staff. This deliverable reports the staff exchanges organized since the beginning of the project until February 2020. These staff exchanges aim to:

• address and discuss latest research as well as open issues and challenges in Big Data related areas (Kick-off meeting, September 2019; BDA Summer School, June 2019);
• deliver lectures at BDA Summer School (June 2019);
• learn new Big Data tools (VADA training, February 2020);
• write new project proposals (Kick-off proposal writing session, February 2020).

This report provides evidence on staff exchange activities that have not been documented previously and discusses the benefits from PUPIN perspective.
