The size of knowledge graphs has reached the scale where centralised analytical approaches have become infeasible.
The NLIWOD workshop focuses on the advancement of Natural Language (NL) Interfaces to the Web of Data. The workshop has been organized four times within ISWC, with a focus on soliciting discussions on the development of question answering systems, chatbots, and other NL techniques. It is a yearly highlight for the active NL interface community centered around semantic technologies.
The Doctoral Workshop associated with the LAMBDA Big Data Analytics Summer School is organized with the aim to provide Ph.D. candidates an opportunity to present their research projects.
Another goal of the Workshop is to develop a supportive community within which students can begin to develop a professional network, interacting with peers and senior scholars from the field.

Telecommunications Forum TELFOR is an INTERNATIONAL annual meeting of professionals working in the broad fields of Telecommunications and Information Technologies. The participants are mostly telecommunications engineers, but also economists, jurists, managers, governmental officials, students, researchers, operators, service providers, and others.
The Kick-off Meeting of the COST Action CA19134 - Distributed Knowledge Graphs was organized ONLINE on 23 and 24 of September 2020.
On 4th September 2020, the University of Oxford co-organized the workshop ‘Knowledge Representation & Representation Learning (KR4L)’ together with the University of Bonn and Fraunhofer IAIS, see also call for papers. It was held in conjunction with the 24th European Conference on Artificial Intelligence (ECAI 2020).
The Belgrade Metropolitan University, The Open University of the Netherlands and The Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Science, are organizing The Eleventh International Conference on eLearning (eLearning-2020 Conference) that will be held on September 24-25, 2020 at Belgrade Metropolitan University, Belgrade, Serbia.
The workshop ‘Knowledge Representation & Representation Learning (KR4L)’ will be held in conjunction with the 24th European Conference on Artificial Intelligence (ECAI 2020). There currently is a perceived disconnect between the areas of Representation Learning (RL) and Knowledge Representation and Reasoning (KRR). Most of the research is currently concentrated on one area or the other, yet arguably representation learning is central to make use of knowledge representation and reasoning techniques in modern, scalable AI applications.
The International Conference on Information Society and Technology (ICIST) is one of the top IT scientific events in Serbia and the region, with 70-100 papers presented each year, an average of 200 participants per edition, attended also by the number of IT industry representatives in the region.
