One of the objectives of the LAMBDA project is organization of a Big Data Analytics Summer School in Belgrade in 2019 and 2020. The event will bring together researchers and professionals from respectable EU Universities and companies and stakeholders from the West Balkan countries to discuss state-of-the-art in Big Data research and applications. The Big Data Analytics Summer School will allow the invited PhD students (participants of the School from Serbia and the Region) to learn about the newest technologies and trends in this and related fields.

LASCAR-19, Workshop on Large Scale RDF Analytics, at the Extended Semantic Web Conference (ESWC) seeks original “articles and posters” describing theoretical and practical methods as well as techniques for performing scalable analytics on knowledge graphs.

Dr Valentina Janev (PUPIN) visited IAIS and collaborated with the CognitiveEng-Net consortium on 6-7 February 2019 as part of the initiative to write a proposal for a H2020 call for the process insustry. The meeting was organized by Mohammad Nammous and Dr. Christoph Lange.
We're pleased to announce that the LAMBDA Plenary meeting was held in Sankt Augustin, Germany, on 16 January 2019. The project partners discussed the M06 Deliverables and the LAMBDA Action Plan for 2019.
